To really treasure hunt, you have to go in regularly. Sometimes you will go in and almost be sick because it is so gross and cluttered and the stuff is terrible. Other days, your cart is full of fun stuff. Luckily, T.J. Maxx is almost right next to my gym, so I reward myself with a quick walk around after a good workout.
First here are a couple of things that I scored on Friday:
I was cruising the Nordstrom website last week and saw this dress by Maggy London that was $125.
I will not lie and say that I was contemplating buying the dress but I didn't dislike it. Well wouldn't you know, I saw that exact dress at T. J. Maxx this week for 39 dollars. WOW! Nordstrom, I caught your bluff suckers!
I also have been dying for these amazing Morrocan temple jars that have been in all of the home magazines lately. I was in love with these jars that I saw on a lifestyle blog I follow that were $110. Yes, for one jar. Ugh!
So I dug and I dug around that home section at T.J. Maxx and found two of these jars for 14 bucks a piece. Whoop! Whoop! Do not judge this picture. There isn't a great place for these little jars to go at this current moment in time, but they will make a wonderful addition to my new "look" in the new Dallas casa.
We had guests over recently and I wanted to get some new towels for the guest room. These towels were Tahari and were originally 40 bucks a towel. Got them for 7. Boom!
I have also been getting some amazing luxury candles there for dirt cheap. I am obsessed with candles so this is a huge money saver because they are about 75% off.
Here are some other amazing pieces that I found:
Have you found a diamond in the rough lately? Let me know! I love a good treasure hunt.
XOXO,

obsessed with that mirror! searching for a tall stand-up mirror for our new house! I love Home Goods too... might have to start going once a week ;)
ReplyDeleteI would suggest Wayfair, Home Decorators, and of course Home Goods. I am itching to get some new floor length mirrors but am waiting until I get settled in my new place to see exactly what look I'll be going for.
